Almost two weeks after Apple announced the future service Apple TV+, which will compete with Netflix on the online movie side, the Netflix application for iOS it loses an important characteristic.
According to a statement on Netflix's official website, iOS users will no longer be able to play content via AirPlay, due to technical limitations.

Netflix does not provide an exact reason for this change, which affects a large part of iOS users, but it is speculated that it would be a move made after Apple recently announced the launch of the service this fall Apple TV+, which will be a competitor to Netflix.

icon AirPlay has been completely removed from the Netflix application, and if you try to activate it from control Center, the message will appear "Can not play title, please try again later".
The good part is that many smart TVs have the Netflix application built in, but there are also quite a few users who used AirPlay as a way to send Netflix content from iOS to your TV. Smart TV models from Samsung, LG, Sony and Panasonic come with Netflix installed.

It remains to be seen if it is a technical problem at the moment or if Netflix will add it again AirPlay for iOS devices.

I am happy to share my experiences in the field of computers, mobile phones and operating systems, to develop web projects and to bring the most useful tutorials and advice. I like to "play" on the iPhone, MacBook Pro, iPad, AirPort Extreme and on operating systems macOS, iOS, Android and Windows.
