  1. My Apple Watch ist seit kurzem aus der Gewährleistung, und prompt bleibt der Bildschimmer schwarz, reagiert jedoch haptisch.
    Das besondere Serviceprogramm deckt für genau diesen Fehler der 6er nur einen recht eng bebeligten Produktionszeitraum ab – meine nicht….es gibt leider keine generale kulante Regelung für einen Hardwarefehler, Apple reagiert auch schmallippig auf Nachfachen – keinerlei Kulanz, sondern ein Reparaturangebot für 380€….was für ein Schnäppchen. That's why I got a new model with a new guarantee. So geht mieser Service. Freundlich aber absolut nicht kundenorientiert.

    • Yes, it's very true. For products that are no longer in the warranty period, it is better to buy a new one than to repair it in an authorized Apple service. However, for those that are under warranty, so far I can say that they have exchanged me for new ones: two iPad models, an iPhone 5 and an Apple Watch 5.
