After a long wait, Apple has released the final iOS 17.2 version for all compatible iPhone devices. The new version introduces Apple's Journal app, which was first showcased at WWDC in June. It also adds new features to the Action button and introduces spatial video capture on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

The main highlight introduced in the iOS 17.2 update is the Journal app. This app allows you to write about all the significant moments and events in your life. It's a secret space, secured with Touch ID or Face ID, where you can keep your thoughts and memories in complete privacy.

From physical exercises, hiking trails, voice recordings, to photos and video clips, all can be stored in the Journal app and securely kept in your iCloud account.
